Copa America Tournament Terms and Conditions

By participating in this prize competition (the Tournament) you confirm that you are eligible to do so and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The promoter and provider of the prizes for the Tournament is Masomo Limited of 2nd Floor, Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, EC4A 1EN, London, England, United Kingdom (the Promoter).

The Competition will run from 20 June 2024 at 12:05 GMT+3 (Opening Date) to 31 July 2024 at 23:59 GMT+3 (Closing Date). The leaderboard will be revealed to all players on 22 July 2024 and Winners will be announced on 12 Aug 2024 by 23:59 GMT+3.

ELIGIBILITY. The Tournament is open to players who are aged 18 years or older (Participants). Employees of the Promoter or its group of companies, or the immediate families or households of either are not eligible to participate in the Tournament. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Tournament and if you are a winner you may be required to provide your full name and postal address in order to receive the Prize.

HOW TO ENTER THE TOURNAMENT. The Tournament is free to enter. You will need to download the latest version of the game Head Ball 2 (the "Game”) as of 9 June 2024 available on the App Store here or on the Play Store here. Once downloaded you can begin to complete the in-game tasks and earn token rewards called “Cup Tokens”. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for your inability to enter or participate in the Tournament, including where such inability is due to any device, software or technical failures or failure to gain access to the required internet or telecommunications networks.

THE PRIZES.

The top 10 (ten) participants with the most Cup Tokens will receive the prizes listed below depending on their place on the leaderboard. Prizes are subject to availability. Prizes are not negotiable nor transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute and of the prizes listed below with a prize of equal or greater value.

(i) Top one (1) iPhone 15 Pro 128GB;

(ii) Second player (1) PlayStation 5;

(iii) Third player (1) Apple Watch SE 40mm GPS;

(iv) Next seven players (1) Amazon gift card worth US$50.00 each.

Winners and claiming the prize

Winners will be announced on 12 August 2024 by 23:59 on the leaderboard and each winner will be sent a message in-game requesting them to provide their residential address and contact information (e.g., email and phone number) by email to social@masomo.com to receive their prize. To receive the prize a winner must reply to the email received within three (3) business days.

If the Promoter fails to receive a response within the time frame provided in the instructions, then the prize will be offered to the next player on the leaderboard. The Promoter does not accept liability if you are not able to take up the Prize.

In some instances the Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and location of the winners to anyone who writes to the Promoter (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) at its postal address above and emails the Promoter at social@masomo.com, within one (1) month after the Closing Date of the Tournament.The Promoter may also be required to provide a winner’s information to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority, or any other applicable authority, on written request.

GENERAL

The Promoter's decision on all matters in relation to the Tournament is final, and the Promoter reserves all rights to make any changes to the Tournament and the Prizes at its discretion. No correspondence will be entered into.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Tournament.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been any abuse of in-game content or any unjust earnings in any way, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Tournament.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Tournament where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Tournament wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize (or not as the case may be) except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

The Tournament is in no way sponsored or endorsed by the manufacturers of the prizes or Facebook, Instagram or any other media platform on which the Tournament is promoted.

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://masomo.com/privacy-policy.html, and as with regard to the announcement of winners.
