Head Ball 2 accounts are placed into the dedicated server of the country that the account has been created. In case of traveling to another country, please do not delete the app. If the user deletes the app and re-install it afterward in another country, the system will ask the user to create a new account and remove the user’s access to their old account since it realizes the user does not have an account in that particular country. We don't provide a server transfer service.
In case this happens, the user should delete and re-install the app in the country that the account was first created. The user should be able to access his/her old account without any problems.
An alternative method to access an account that was created in another country is to use a VPN network belongs to the country the account was created. For instance, the user created his/her account in Turkey server and the user lives in Germany. If the player uses Turkey VPN in Germany and uninstalls and re-installs the app, the account connected to Google Play Games or Game Center will automatically be available.
