By participating in these events, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

The organiser of the events is Masomo Limited, 2nd Floor Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1EN, England, United Kingdom (the Organiser). The prizes are provided by PEPSI COLA and FRITO LAY (the Prize Provider).

The Prize Provider supplies only the prizes for these events. The Organiser is solely responsible for all organisational processes, including the design, management, technical infrastructure, entry procedures and conclusion of the events. Participants agree to direct any claims or complaints arising in this context to the Organiser in the first instance.

Event Schedule

The start and end details of the event to be held as part of the campaign are set out below. All times are Türkiye time (GMT+3).

Winners will be contacted and notified via an in-game announcement one business day after the end of each event.

Eligibility

The events are open to players residing in Türkiye who are aged 18 or over (Participants). Employees of the Organiser or its group companies, and their immediate family members or members of their households, may not participate in the events. The Organiser may require you to provide proof of your eligibility to participate and, if you are a winner, may request your full name, age and email address in order for you to receive your prize.

How to Participate in the Events

Participation in the events is free with an entry code provided by KazandıRio. To participate, you must download the latest version of Head Ball 2 (the Game) from the App Store or Google Play Store.

To join the KazandıRio Mobile Data Prize Events, participants must scan the codes found under Pepsi bottle caps or inside Ruffles packs in the KazandıRio application and select the Head Ball 2 gift. They must then log in to Head Ball 2 and enter the code shown in the gifts section under Settings > Promotion. A user receives 50 Diamonds with one code and the accessory or character required for the relevant event with another code. Players may enter the event once they own this accessory or character.

The event code is valid for the event that is active on the date the gift is selected and cannot be used in subsequent events. A user may participate in more than one event. Once a user has entered an event, they may continue competing until that event ends.

Everyone who enters the event receives a free daily 1 GB mobile data package. The participation reward is sent via an in-game announcement at 12:00 and 17:00 each day. The mobile data package will be credited within 24 hours at the latest, and an SMS notification will be sent once it has been credited. The mobile data package may be used within 24 hours of being credited. The free mobile data package may be used within Türkiye.

In each event, the top 250 players with the most wins during the event will qualify for the leaderboard and become entitled to the prizes specified below. As the same user may win prizes in more than one event, the players ranked across all events will not necessarily be different users. Participation rewards are not included in this total.

The Organiser and the Prize Provider accept no responsibility if you do not or cannot enter the events due to issues such as device, software or technical failures, or an inability to access the required internet or telecommunications networks. The Prize Provider is not responsible for any inability to use the Game properly, access problems, or technical errors or issues.

Prizes

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize Provider reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed below with a prize of equal or greater value.

In each event, a total of 250 leaderboard prize packages containing mobile data and/or Diamonds will be awarded to the top 250 players according to their rankings.

At the end of Event 1, players will receive the following prizes according to their rankings on the leaderboard for that event:

The mobile data package will be credited within 24 hours, and an SMS notification will be sent once it has been credited. The free mobile data package can be used only within Türkiye. Weekly mobile data packages may be used within one week of being credited, and monthly mobile data packages within one month.

Winners and Prize Claims and Delivery

The Organiser will contact winners through the Announcements section in Head Ball 2 one business day after the end of each event, and prizes will be delivered following this communication. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any failure to receive a prize.

In certain circumstances, the Organiser may be required to publish or make available information demonstrating that a prize has been properly awarded. The Organiser may also be required to provide information about winners to the UK Advertising Standards Authority or another competent authority upon written request.

General

The Organiser's decision is final in all matters relating to the events. The Organiser's technical data and system records shall form the basis of the assessment and determination of results and shall constitute conclusive evidence. Participants agree in advance that these records are binding. The Organiser and the Prize Provider reserve the right to make changes to the events and the event schedule, and to the prizes before the relevant event begins.

The Organiser may disqualify a Participant from the events if it determines that the Participant has exploited a vulnerability in the Game or obtained an unfair advantage. If the Organiser exercises this right, the Participant may not make any claim against the Prize Provider.

The Organiser reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the events whenever it deems necessary. This right may be exercised in respect of all or part of an event in the event of technical failures, legal requirements, force majeure, issues caused by third parties or organisational requirements. The Organiser shall bear all responsibility arising from such circumstances.

This campaign is conducted in Türkiye and is governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its agents and distributors accept no liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from receiving or failing to receive a prize. The events are not sponsored by the prize manufacturers, Facebook, Instagram or any other media platforms on which the events are promoted.
