My account is stolen!

Account security in Head Ball 2 is extremely important. Your game account is linked to your Google Play Games, Game Center, or Facebook account. Anyone who has access to these linked accounts can also access your Head Ball 2 account. Therefore, the security of your connected platforms directly affects the safety of your game account.

To keep your account safe, please follow these recommendations:

• Never share your passwords: Do not share your Google, Game Center, or Facebook passwords with anyone under any circumstances.

• Use strong and unique passwords: Create different, hard-to-guess passwords for each platform.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): Protect your accounts with an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA on services like Google and Facebook.

• Change your passwords regularly: Even if you don’t suspect any issues, updating your passwords from time to time increases your overall account safety.

• Monitor login activity: Check for unusual logins through your connected platforms’ security settings and remove any unfamiliar devices.

Important Notice:
If your Google, Facebook, or Game Center account credentials are shared or compromised, your Head Ball 2 account may also be at risk. Unfortunately, in such cases, Masomo is unable to assist with account recovery or stolen accounts.

Additionally, if you have ever shared your game account and someone else has logged in, they may still be able to access your account even after you change your password, due to saved device access. In this case, we are unable to provide support.
