I have completed the offer but couldn't receive my reward.

The proposed tasks are offered to you by the companies we cooperate with. Unfortunately, we have no chance to intervene because the prizes are given out of the game. If you have not received your prize, we recommend that you contact the service that offers the relevant offer.

To do so, you can enter the "Not Rewarded" or "In Progress" tab on the page where the proposed task is opened, check the latest status, and contact the relevant service company to ask for help.

If you still do not receive your prize, send us the screenshots of your correspondence with the relevant service, and we will help you.
