From time to time, players may request a refund for in-game purchases due to various reasons. At this point, there are some important details that our players should be aware of.
1. How to Request a Refund?
If you wish to request a refund for any reason regarding your in-game purchases, you must do so directly through the platform where the payment was made.
-
For Google Play users: [Google Play Support]
-
For Apple users: [Apple Support]
These platforms can access your purchase history and provide you with the most accurate assistance regarding your refund process.
2. Account Status After a Refund
Once your refund request is approved, the refunded amount of diamonds or item value will be deducted from your game account. This process is carried out automatically and tracked by the system.
Example:
- You purchased 100 diamonds and received a refund → In this case, 100 diamonds will be deducted from your account.
3. Abuse of the Refund System & Account Reset
Unfortunately, some players attempt to abuse the refund system. For this reason, accounts that make 5 or more refund requests will be automatically reset and permanently banned.
This rule is enforced to ensure a fair gaming experience for all players.
4. Refunds for the Season Pass
If you receive a refund for the Season Pass, all premium rewards obtained through this pass will also be deducted from your account in diamond value.
Example:
- If you collected a total of 500 diamonds’ worth of rewards with the Season Pass, once the refund is processed, those 500 diamonds will also be removed from your account.
5. Important Reminders
-
Refund requests can only be made through Google or Apple.
-
Since refunded amounts are directly deducted, you may see a decrease in your in-game assets.
-
Multiple refunds will result in permanent account suspension.
-
For Season Pass refunds, premium rewards will also be revoked.
Conclusion:
The refund process is entirely managed by Google and Apple. We strongly advise our players to consider these details carefully in order to avoid any negative experiences.
